Remembering Norway today

I am trying to avoid over reading the stories on the maniac in Oslo. My prayers go with the family members and friends of the victims of that unrestrained evil. I play games where players often combat evil, yet real evil is a far more frightening thing and reading about a remorseless killer shakes one's faith in the fundamental goodness of humanity.

  1. It was a terrible, senseless thing. I am emotionally exhausted, but immensely proud of my nation. We will be changed by this, but not towards hate and intolerance.

  3. I'm not Norwegian, but this has been a big bummer for me. It only reinforces my lack of faith in humanity's fundamental goodness.

One of the news clips mentioned that the attacks were a violent protest against Muslim immigrants, but all the photos I've seen of the survivors are decidedly white and non-Muslim looking. Am I missing something, or is this psycho a moron too?

My faith is the human race has actually been strengthened by all this.
